Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we will happily ship to anywhere. 

What age are your teething products for? 

Our teething products can be used from birth although the average age is generally 6 months old as this is when babies tend to begin to start teething. The necklaces can be used from birth also as these help keep feeding babies focused and are great for sensory stimulation. 

They should be worn by an adult only (18+) Warning: they must not be worn by a baby or child as they pose a strangulation/choking risk. Babies and children must not be left unattended with our teething jewellery or Teether products.

Please regularly check the beaded products we have sold to you (Daxi London) for damage. Should any damage occur please stop using the products immediately. 

​Are your necklaces safe for children to wear?

No. Daxi London jewellery items are not toys. They are ONLY TO BE WORN BY ADULTS and never by children. Our necklaces are designed to be worn around an adults neck and for safety have a breakaway clasp which will pop open with pressure.Our jewellery is never to be given to a child to play with either under supervision or on their own as it poses a strangulation risk.
Please ensure that you are regularly checking your purchases for any signs of wear and tear to ensure safety of use. Discard after any signs of damage.

Can I create a custom order?

Yes, absolutely! Custom designs are a favourite part of what we do! Please send a message or email to discuss what you would like. We can create your perfect teething accessory and will send photos over before you purchase to make sure you are happy with the final product.

Can you send my order to a different address? 

Absolutely. If you are ordering a gift for someone we will gladly post to an alternative address. Please make us aware in the comment box when ordering. 

When will I receive my order?

All our products are made to order, we aim to send all products within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. We currently use Royal Mail for posting our orders. 

How can I pay for my order? 

Please follow the link in cart to make payment we accept VISA Card, Mastercard and PayPal.

How long are the necklaces? 

Our necklaces are made of approximately 45cm of Silky Nylon Cord. However should you want yours a different length please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
